08.07.2011 - SAP International Treasury Management Conference

This year's SAP International Treasury Management Conference in Copenhagen ended on July 1st. Approximately 200 visitors participated with a lot of interest in the various workshops, field reports, case studies and presentations. The possibility to meet numerous vendors of business and IT service providers completed a very-well balanced conference program. The representatives of banks, Treasury departments, consulting companies and system providers used the conference for an intensive exchange of information.

Payment transactions, Inhouse-Banking and Straight Through Processing dominated the agenda of the conference. Furthermore, SAP presented their development activities for commodity trade processing, that earned many positive comments.

Eprox Consulting used this opportunity to introduce together with TUI AG the newly developed DEALMANAGER for 360T. The application can be used to import transactions from the online-trading platform of 360T into SAP-TRM and enables an automated processing. All steps in the process of SAP-TRM can be directly managed, controlled and logged via a central Cockpit. Besides, the high usability and user acceptance, the remarkable efficiency gains of TUI impressed the audience. TUI quantified, that per transaction 50% of the amount of work could be saved for deal processing.
