01.04.2015 - With the introduction of the Trade Repository Reporting for derivative financial transactions Switzerland will most probably follow the example of the EMIR reporting of the EU already by beginning of 2016.
In order to comply with the designated Swiss Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FMIA), Eprox relies on the already existing SAP functionality for the provision of the required data for the Trade Repository Reporting of derivative financial transactions. Eprox adapts the standard functionality specifically according to the planned systematic of FinfraG. With FinfraG Eprox Consulting thus introduces a new legal basis in SAP, which is technically based on the SAP standard customizing for EMIR, however follows the particularities according to the current state of the legislation in Switzerland (counterparty categorisation, unilateral reporting obligation etc.).
A sample implementation has been prepared in cooperation with SAP, which is available for presentation purposes on the cloud-based SAP demo system.
Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of technical questions regarding the implementation or in case you wish to enjoy a system demo.
